Please accept my feedback for your professional services re:
sale of Bill Ferguson Circuit Bonner.
If you may recall that I first met you when Liz and I were
looking for our home and we came to one of your open homes in
Harrison where you initially gave us a first impression which
was lasting. You were very polite but at the same time you
were not pushy but rather listened to what our needs were and
had a friendly conversation with us to try and help us find
the right home.
At that time, I admired your uniqueness from a few other
agents I had interacted with. You gave me the impression that
you were not there just to get rid of a stock and turnover of
sales but you were there because of your passion and love for
property thus in a sense prescribing how property and people
in the market should be dealt with. In particular I liked the
transparency and ethical approach you took where by you told
us from the beginning what the process of purchasing the house
would involve and where our circumstances fit into the
process.
While we did not end up purchasing that house from you because
I ended up designing my own build, we decided that you would
be the agent to sell our house when the time comes.
I was a bit nervous initially in selling Bonner because of my
financial and emotional needs and because there were so many
agents to choose from and so many opinions and recommendations
by friends when it was time to sell.
Also I was hoping that my house would really go to someone who
would really appreciate it especially the way I fixed it up.
However, I am most grateful to myself when I decided to stick
with my choice of going with you.
The attributes you hold in the process of selling our home
were that you are ethical, professional, objective, timely,
extremely responsive, and above all, responsible.
While we did not accept the highest offer which was $40,000
above what we would have settled for, we were extremely happy
and grateful for the sale price which you have achieved and
which has given us $20,000 extra for our financial
circumstances. This was already considered a record price for
that size of property in that area.
What was most pleasing to me is that both the buyer and myself
were extremely happy with the sale. I want to say a big thank
you again for sealing the best deal for me within 3
weeks’ timeframe from time of putting on market. This worked
very well for me in terms of a ‘stress less’ transition.
The final thing I would like to add is ‘exceptional’ and
surely I have recommended you to many of my friends
